How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion through the following methods:
In-App Deletion (Recommended) Open the CoreAI app, go to Account > Manage Account > Delete
Account. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Email Request Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and
include the email address associated with your account.
Support Request Visit our Support
Page and submit a deletion request through the contact form.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
Your account profile information (email address, display name)
Chat conversation history and messages
Generated images and their history
Generated videos and their history
Model comparison results
Usage statistics and preferences
Any stored subscription data
Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is
deleted, all your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure to export any content you wish to keep before
requesting deletion.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within:
In-App Deletion: Immediate to 24 hours
Email/Support Requests: Up to 30 days
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active subscription, please note:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription
You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your
account
Any unused subscription time will not be refunded upon account deletion
Visit your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription
Cancel Subscription First
Before deleting your account, please cancel your subscription in your device
settings:
iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > CoreAI > Cancel Subscription Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > CoreAI > Cancel
Data Retention
After account deletion:
Personal data is deleted within 30 days of the deletion request
Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes
Financial records may be retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
Backup data is purged within 90 days
Re-Registration
After deleting your account:
You may create a new account using the same email address
Previous data and history will not be restored
You will start fresh as a new user
