1. How You're Billed
CoreAI subscriptions can be purchased in two ways:
- On our website — payments are processed by our secure payment provider (merchant of record), which handles checkout, billing, and payment support.
- In the mobile app — payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their billing terms.
2. Web Purchases
Subscriptions purchased on ask-coreai.com are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, and refunds are governed by this policy together with the payment provider's buyer terms.
- CoreAI is a digital service delivered immediately: your plan, usage allowance, and model access are activated as soon as your payment completes. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that once access has been activated, your right of withdrawal ends and the purchase becomes non-refundable, except as set out below or where required by applicable law.
- Unused subscription time is not refunded. This includes cancelling partway through a billing period and unused portions of your plan's usage allowance.
- Any refund outside the exceptions below is granted at the sole discretion of us and our payment provider, on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
3. Billing Errors — Always Refunded
The following are always corrected and refunded in full, at any time:

- Charges of an incorrect amount

- Payments where the service was never activated or delivered to your account

4. App Store and Google Play Purchases
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for those purchases are handled by them under their policies:

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are in the EU or UK, note that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and digital services ends early when performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment — which you give at checkout, since your subscription is activated immediately. Where local law nonetheless requires a refund, we will honor it.
