Summary: If you're not happy with a CoreAI subscription you bought on our website, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund processes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
1. How You're Billed
CoreAI subscriptions can be purchased in two ways:
- On our website — payments are processed by our secure payment provider (merchant of record), which handles checkout, billing, and payment support.
- In the mobile app — payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their billing terms.
2. Web Purchases
For subscriptions purchased on ask-coreai.com:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal charge, no questions asked.
- To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account email, or reply to your order receipt email.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- After the 14-day window, refunds for unused subscription time are granted at our discretion, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. App Store and Google Play Purchases
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for those purchases are handled by them under their policies:
We can't issue refunds directly for app-store purchases, but if you run into trouble, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
- You can cancel at any time — from your order receipt email or by contacting us (web purchases), or from your App Store / Google Play subscription settings (app purchases).
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period; see the refund windows above.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal or mandatory refund rights, those rights apply in full.
