Summary: By using CoreAI, you agree to use our service responsibly and lawfully. We provide access to various AI models but don't guarantee their outputs. Subscription fees are billed through app stores.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CoreAI application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CoreAI provides a unified interface to access multiple AI models including:

Chat and conversation AI models (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Image generation AI models
Model comparison tools

We act as an intermediary between you and various AI service providers. The actual AI processing is performed by third-party services.

3. Account Registration

To use CoreAI, you must:

Provide a valid email address and verify it
Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

CoreAI offers subscription tiers with varying access levels and usage limits. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CoreAI to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Generate content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
Produce misleading information, deepfakes, or disinformation
Harass, threaten, or harm others
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Reverse engineer or copy our service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content
We do not claim ownership of content you create using our Service
You should not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, or financial advice

7. Intellectual Property

The CoreAI application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CoreAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or business purposes.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy of AI content, uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; damages from AI-generated content; or third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be revoked
Any unused subscription time may be refunded at our discretion
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Apple App Store Terms

For users who download CoreAI from the Apple App Store: This agreement is between you and CoreAI only, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation for maintenance, support, or warranty. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app.

12. Google Play Store Terms

For users who download CoreAI from Google Play: This agreement is between you and CoreAI only, not Google LLC. Google has no obligation for maintenance, support, or warranty services.
