What counts as a seat?
A seat is one team member with their own CoreAI account. Every seat gets premium-tier access to the full model catalog on web and mobile, and every seat adds to the team's shared usage pool. Plans start at 3 seats and go up to 50.
What happens when the shared pool runs out?
Nobody gets locked out. Standard models stay available for the rest of the cycle, and the pool refreshes automatically at the next billing cycle. If your team keeps hitting the ceiling, the owner can add seats at any time to grow the pool.
Can members also have personal CoreAI plans?
Yes. A member with their own personal subscription keeps it — personal plans take precedence, so their usage draws from their own plan first and the team pool stays untouched for everyone else.
How do invites work?
The team owner invites members by email from the team dashboard. Each invitee signs in with that email and lands directly in the team — no payment details, no setup on their end. Seats free up instantly when the owner removes a member.
Can I change the number of seats later?
Yes. The owner can add or remove seats from the billing portal at any time. Seat changes apply to your monthly bill and the shared pool scales with them.
Is there a free trial?
No trial — but no lock-in either. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your team keeps access until the end of the paid cycle.
